What is the full form of KRA?

KRA stands for Key Result Area or Key Responsibility Area, a management concept that defines the position, duty, and responsibilities of an employee. It focuses on the Job Description of a worker due to the specific KRAs he-she has. It is often used as an evaluation tool that helps organizations evaluate the performance of their employees.

Method of writing KRAs

  • Have a thorough look at the employee’s job description and you can talk to the manager and employee if necessary.
  • Find out how the employee would contribute to the betterment of the company.
