“Server refused our key” issue while connecting to Amazon AWS instance

I am trying to install hadoop on cloud cluster. My instances are running on cloud. I have also generated key pairs.

While login from putty it is giving me below error msg :-

login as: ubuntu
Server refused our key

Any idea what could be the issue ?

I received below solution for issue from Anish Sir & it worked for me. Kindly try below if you are facing this issue :-

It seams there is issues in your key, please regenerate the keys using putty-gen.

Try generate in following order:
Generate >> Load >> Save Public key >> Save Private key
