Microsoft launches new State of the art “Taj Mahal” inspired workplace in India

Microsoft corporations, one of the largest multi-tech companies in the world, has established a center name India development centre (IDC) in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, outside Redmond headquarters, that poses to be an innovation of a billion Indian users.

 This is the third development centre of Microsoft in India but this one has a specialty of its own, it pays respect and is inspired by one of the seven wonders of the world, TAJ MAHAL that was made in the year 1648 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan.

There are 2 other development centers of the tech giant in India, established in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

Employees will be working in new tech–driven infrastructure with the local culture inspirited workplace. The employees who will begin their journey of working for the company will definitely feel amazing too.

The architecture of the development center is made of marble domes, arches, marble inlays, vaulted doorways, etc.

It is well equipped with Microsoft’s state of the art new technologies.

You can feel the rich craftsmanship and the tribute to the history of the Taj Mahal when you enter the India development centre (IDC).

The new architecture is spread across the top three floors out of the Six floors Building of Microsoft in Noida, the satellite town of the Capital of India New Delhi.

What really is a differentiator of this state-of-the-art building is the historical context that you can draw upon looking.

Punctuated with beautiful latticed screens and ivory white, domed ceiling beautiful arches, the IDC Noida is one workplace you wished your workplace would look like. It resembles one of the most beautiful arts in the whole world.

The authorities said that they hired local artisans to do the inlays and the paintings. It was their way of helping the local talent in these difficult Pandemic times, and so they can also add Microsoft to their work profiles.

Microsoft also provided safe and hygienic accommodations, clean meals when work of the site had to be stopped due to the Pandemic.

The new faculty will also accommodate the XBOX team- The first and the only faculty to host a gaming team in India.

And also due to the current pollution situation in Noida, where the IDC is established, they covered 2% of the building with plants so that it will help cope with the bad air.

The major technologies in the building are Cloud, productivity tools, Artificial intelligence, Core services, a gaming ( XBOX ) division. Microsoft is looking to bring new talents in these respective fields.

Riku Pentikainen, regional director of the Asia Real Estates Operations said that the team has done a great job with the Noida workplace and made it beautiful.

 The 90,000 Square feet building with one of the best waters and energy consumption practices, to decrease the carbon footprint that uses LEED platinum rated with standard operations and constructions for Greater sustainability.

The Building’s R&D is a step taken toward the digital transformation for users to innovate and change the IT industry in India, said Rajiv Kumar, the managing director at Microsoft India.

Again this building is made to support the local artisans, give employees a better workplace, and the material used to make the building ensuring deep commitment to sustainability.

For their hybrid work environment, Microsoft India has recently established and started another India development center (IDC) at Sohini Tech Park in Hyderabad.

The team’s research efforts and Artificial intelligence will be conducted in Microsoft IDSC applying App infrastructure, their services, hardware.
