The trainer has indepth practical experience with Big Data & Hadoop. More importantly he is a very good in conducting virtual classroom sessions and make the participants feel as if they are in a classroom. He makes the sessions very interactive and ensures that the participants really participate in the session by asking questions or sharing their experience/thoughts. He never ducks any questions and has explained key/tricky/complex aspects of Hadoop over and over again to ensure that the participants understand the basics and key aspects.
