Be extremely restrained in both your verbal and nonverbal replies or responses\u2014almost to the point of lassitude. People will find it very difficult to understand you if you are cool about everything that is said to you or that is done to you.<\/p>\n

Therefore, restrain your emotions, facial gestures, and most importantly, your eyes! You must be aware that eyes are both windows to the outside world and windows into your own reality. Give contrasting looks sometimes serious, sometimes laid-back but not a lot will alter.<\/p>\n
