Cancellation And Refund

Online-live courses

We offer users entire fees amount refund within 15 working days through net banking or through the mode payment was done, if they send us an intimation message regarding the cancellation of their enrolment from a course and refund of their money before 7 days prior to the start date of their enrolled course.

If they decide to cancel enrolment within 7 days prior to the start date, they will be eligible for refund of 50% of the course fees in 15 working days’ time from the date of intimation to us. OTOH, no fee will be refunded if user intimates after 15% of the course completion.

After completion of 15% of any of the enrolled online course, we would not be able to refund any money whether or not user had attended any classes of the enrolled course.

Without asking a single question, we will refund you the amount (as per above criteria) within 15 working days in your bank account through net banking or through the mode payment was done. If any complementary course is provided, its fees will be deducted as per the market value from the refund. Courses under combo course will be considered as single unit and no refund will be provided for individual course. If you have enrolled for a combined course like Big Data Hadoop + Apache Spark Scala, both the courses will be treated as a single unit, cancellation of 2nd course is not permitted (no refund shall be processed)

Self-Paced Courses

Students enrolling for self paced courses are not eligible for any refund of fee in any case.

Caution: If anyone will be found abusing refund policy of DataFlair in our sole discretion, then the company holds all rights to suspend or stop your account. Without any liability to you, company can also refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the their products to such users.

Note: If company finds that student’s intention behind buying any of our course is just to copy the course material/ Content or if student shares course contents/materials with single or multiple users, then the company holds all rights to block account access of that student at the same time without any liability to you.
